Billing, renewal & your AI allowance

One annual price covers everything, including a monthly AI allowance. Top-ups are optional, and only worth buying if you use the AI features harder than the allowance covers.

Your subscription year

One payment covers twelve months at £365 + VAT — every feature, your whole team, and the monthly AI allowance below. Nothing recurs automatically: we get in touch before your year ends rather than charging you again without asking.

Renewal is handled by our team for now: we email you before your year is up, and you can also reach us any time at sales@datascene-tenders.co.uk. Your VAT invoices are in Billing & renewal.

Your monthly AI allowance, and top-ups

Your monthly AI allowance is included in your subscription — there is nothing extra to buy, and it refills every month. A top-up is only for workspaces that want to use the AI features more heavily than the allowance covers. Most never need one.

Your included allowance is always used first. A top-up is only drawn on when a month runs out — then only by the amount you actually went over.

One top-up pack — £12 + VAT

  • 100 bid/no-bid scores
  • 50 summaries & translations
  • 50 bid-library matches
  • 100 smart searches
  • 15 tender-pack analyses

One standard pack — buy as many as you need. An admin buys it by card from Billing or AI usage; the balance is added the moment the payment clears.

Unused top-up carries from month to month for as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription ends or lapses, any remaining balance goes with it — so if you are holding top-ups, renewing keeps them.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. The full position on fees, cancellation and purchased credits is in our terms.
