See scheduled reportsHow it works
From "Is this tender for us?" to "We won it!" in one workflow.
Four steps that turn the daily tender flood into a tidy, automated pipeline, starting before the tender is published, and looping back so every bid sharpens the next one.
Spot it early
Start before the tender exists: the forward pipeline (typically 6–18 months ahead), pre-tender notices and the re-procurement radar for contracts nearing expiry. Then the live tenders, filtered by keyword, CPV, value, region or theme, and AI-scored for fit.
Get alerted
Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and signed HTTPS webhooks fire the moment a new match lands. Plus a daily closing-soon digest for bookmarked tenders.
Bid and review
Move the bid through 6 kanban stages with assignees, deliverables checklist, EOI tracking and reusable answers from your library. Reviewer signs off before submission.
Win and learn
Win/loss reasons feed your win-rate dashboard. Scheduled email reports covering top buyers, supplier league tables and your pipeline KPIs land on the day and time you pick.
Win/loss reasons and award tracking feed straight back into your saved searches and AI fit scoring, so step 4 sharpens step 1.

FAQ
Common questions before you sign up
If yours isn't here, our help guides probably cover it, and the contact page opens a direct line to support.
Q Is it suitable for SMEs and larger organisations?
Both. We carry low-value contracts a small firm can realistically win alongside high-value frameworks and multi-year agreements. Filters, tags and AI scoring against your company profile and your own bids narrow that range to your end of it, flagging “too big for us” as readily as “too small to bother”.
Q How fresh is the tender data?
Refreshed three times a day across the UK public-sector publishers (central government, NHS, devolved nations, councils) plus European markets for exporters. Saved-search and award-tracking dispatchers run immediately after each refresh, so a new match reaches you within minutes of it.
Q Are there any per-seat charges?
No. £365/year + VAT covers the whole workspace and up to five team members. Add or swap team members any time, with no surcharges and no contract renegotiation.
Q What if my saved search is wrong at first?
Edit it any time. Pause it without losing the configuration. Send a synthetic test notification through every channel with one click. We dedupe per (search, tender, channel) so re-running never spams.
Q Do you cover NHS, councils and central government?
Yes. The UK public-sector publishers are in scope, and European markets alongside them. Filter by region (England / Scotland / Wales / Northern Ireland), by buyer type via CPV category, or by named buyer if you're targeting a specific organisation.
Q Will plain-English search find European tenders written in other languages?
Yes. European notices carry an English title and an English category label, so searching in plain English works across all EU countries — a Czech school-catering contract is found by "school catering", with nothing for you to translate. The exception is wording that appears only in the local-language notice body, such as a brand or a specialist product name; for those, search by category instead.
Q Can I track bids end-to-end?
Yes, from first interest through to won or lost. Bids carry owners, deadlines, documents and reviewer sign-off, so you should not need a separate CRM alongside it.
Q Can I wire alerts into my CRM?
Three ways. Email and Slack/Teams cover the team-inbox case; signed HTTPS webhooks push a stable JSON payload into your own systems; the REST API exposes scoped personal-access tokens for pull-style sync. HMAC-SHA-256 signatures on every webhook.
Q What if I cancel after a few months?
Annual plan, but you can cancel any time before renewal. No lock-in, no early-termination penalty. Your data stays exportable while the subscription is active; CSV export is built-in.
Q Is the data secure?
Documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Webhook URLs and signing secrets sit in a separately-keyed encrypted column. Outbound webhook payloads are HMAC-SHA-256 signed. Sessions are HttpOnly + SameSite=Lax. API tokens carry per-token rate limits.
