What you get per workspace per month
All counts are per workspace (not per team member) and reset on your workspace's monthly anniversary — the day you signed up, or the day you subscribed. Free trials get a smaller allowance; a paid subscription lifts every bucket. Each bucket is shared across the AI features listed beside it.

Run out mid-month? An admin can buy a top-up by card from AI usage or Billing — the balance is added as soon as the payment clears. A top-up is a separate balance, not a bigger monthly allowance: your included allowance is always spent first, and whatever is left of a top-up carries into the next month for as long as you subscribe. Bid/no-bid scoring
0-10 fit score against your company profile with reasoning, strengths and risks. Stops your team from wasting days on bids you were never going to win.

30-second digest of any notice — one-liner, key dates, eligibility, scoring weights, watch-outs, next steps. Skip the 12-page read.

Company profile draft
Give the AI a URL or a paragraph, it drafts a structured profile you edit. Removes the "blank textarea" friction so AI scoring becomes useful immediately.

Win/loss pattern analysis
Looks at your won/lost bids across recent closed work and spots cross-bid patterns — both content-based ("lost 4/5 on social value", "wins all under £100K") and workflow-based ("lost every high-value bid where no clarifications were asked", "EOIs filed early correlate with wins"). Actionable recommendations to tune your bid library, pricing, and process discipline.

Compliance gap check
Cross-references the tender's must-haves (accreditations, references, insurance levels) against your company profile and tells you exactly what's met, what's partial, and what's a gap.

EOI paragraph drafter
100-200 word "expression of interest" text to paste into the buyer's portal when registering. Positioned to the tender + your profile. Lower hallucination risk than full-bid drafting — it's positioning, not technical claims.

Buyer brief
Paragraph summarising one buyer — recent activity, typical contract size, top categories, and your workspace's track record with them. Useful for prospecting new buyers + reviewing repeat-bid history.

Multi-tender comparison
Tick 2-5 tenders on the listing, click Compare against your profile, and the AI weighs them against your company profile and returns a side-by-side rubric scored across five dimensions (fit / value / complexity / deadline pressure / competition risk) plus a recommended priority order. One LLM call regardless of how many tenders — cheaper than running multiple individual scores AND gives you the comparative view you can't reconstruct from per-tender scores alone.

Tender import (file, link or pasted text)
Upload a tender pack you received off-platform — a PDF a buyer sent you, a DOCX from a colleague — and the AI extracts the structured fields, summarises the document, and scores it against your company profile in one round trip. Save the result as a workspace-private tender (visible only to your workspace, never to other users) and pipeline it normally. Save button is always available, even on a low score — you decide what's worth tracking.

Tender-pack analysis
Upload the whole pack together — the ITT, the specification, the schedules — and one AI pass reads the lot and gives you a compliance checklist, the key dates, and the risks that are easy to miss when they're scattered across hundreds of pages. The checklist is grouped so you can see it at a glance: mandatory (pass/fail gates like insurance or certification), submission (what to put in the bid), evaluation (the scored questions), eligibility (who may bid), and if awarded (ongoing obligations) — each attributed to the document it came from. It handles large packs (it tells you if anything was too big to include in one pass), and it runs on its own monthly allowance separate from scoring: 15 a month on a paid plan, 5 on trial — shared with the PDF/DOCX tender import, which draws on the same allowance.

Discussion points
Generates internal talking points for a bid from the tender detail — angles to weigh up, risks to raise, and decisions for the team to make. Add the useful ones straight into the bid's Discussion thread.

Market-intelligence AI, working in the background
These run automatically across the whole feed — you don't trigger them and they never draw from your monthly allowance. They're what makes the search and pipeline pages smarter.
- ●Market-theme tagging. Every UK notice is auto-classified into emerging-tech / policy themes — AI, Cyber, Net Zero, Autonomous — so you can filter Tenders and Upcoming opportunities to just your space.
- ●Pipeline early-signals. On Upcoming opportunities, we read each pre-tender notice and pull out the expected procurement timing (e.g. "expected August 2026") plus a one-line summary — the useful bit, usually buried in the notice text.
- ●Notice-type classification. Pre-tender notices are tagged Market Engagement / Planned Procurement / Pipeline so you can filter to the "buyer is consulting the market now" ones — the feeds lump them together, we tell them apart.
- ●Capability tagging. Every notice is tagged with the capabilities a supplier would need in order to bid — grounds maintenance, software development, social care and so on. Most of this comes straight from the buyer’s own procurement category at no cost to anyone’s allowance; where that category is too broad to say anything useful, we read the notice itself to pin it down. It is what powers “Similar tenders” on every tender page.

What doesn't cost you a call
Plenty of the product looks clever without using AI, and none of it touches your allowance: best-fit ranking (it reads the categories in your company profile and, once you have them, the categories and buyers from your own bids — the ranking itself is plain database work), the new since you last looked badge, not interested, the deadline countdown, every filter and sort, and the pricing benchmark on a tender page. Only the tools listed above spend a call, and only when you run them. Nothing spends one just because you loaded a page.

Everything's included

Each run spends one call
Running a tool spends a single call from its bucket. Your AI usage log shows how much of each allowance you've used and by whom.

We warn you at 80%
We email a heads-up when any bucket crosses 80% of its monthly allowance, so a busy week never comes as a surprise.

We pause that bucket cleanly at 100% with a "top up or wait until X date" message rather than letting a runaway script exhaust it.

Run low? Top up — and it rolls over
If you need more mid-cycle, an admin can buy a £12 + VAT top-up pack (100 scores, 50 summaries, 50 library, 100 searches and 15 tender-pack analyses). Top-up credits are used after your monthly allowance and roll over until used — they never expire, so nothing you paid for is lost at the monthly reset. Ask us at billing@datascene-tenders.co.uk.
